More Randomness

A memory may be a paradise from which we cannot be driven, it may also be a hell from which we cannot escape.

Perhaps even these things, one day, will be pleasing to remember.

No one is listening until you make a mistake.

Many an opportunity is lost because a man is out looking for four-leaf clovers.

Fortune knocks but once, but misfortune has much more patience.

Advice is like snow -- the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper in sinks into the mind.

A man should not strive to eliminate his complexes but to get into accord with them: they are legitimately what directs his conduct in the world.

Promise is the capacity for letting people down.

Never look down on anybody unless you're helping him up.

Many a man is praised for his reserve and so-called shyness when he is simply too proud to risk making a fool of himself.

The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.

Few things can help an individual more than to place responsibility on him, and to let him know that you trust him.

You should examine yourself daily. If you find faults, you should correct them. When you find none, you should try even harder
